Medical/Orthopedic Massage
Medical massage is an outcome-based therapy, where specific treatments are administered to address the patient’s diagnosed problem. These treatments follow a thorough assessment by a medical massage therapist and aim for specific health outcomes. Prescribed by a doctor, medical massage costs $160 per hour and includes assessments, treatment, and follow-up care.
Medical/Orthopedic Massage focuses on correcting and aligning the body to optimize its function. This involves various modalities and tools, all included in the treatment cost, and is tailored by the practitioner to meet the patient’s needs.

Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system is like the body’s sewer system, clearing out cellular waste to ensure optimal cell function.
Lymphatic massage is a gentle technique designed to reduce limb swelling and accelerate recovery from physical traumas such as bruises, post-surgery healing, and recovery from illnesses. This lighter style of massage promotes the flow of lymph fluid, aiding in detoxification and boosting overall health.

Cupping
Cupping therapy works by pulling instead of pushing. Unlike typical massage techniques that apply downward pressure to relax and heal, cupping uses suction to draw blood and heat to the targeted area. This three-fold effect includes bringing nutrients to heal stressed tissues, increasing heat to relax muscles and fascia, and alleviating pain, making it easier to tolerate deeper massage pressure.
We use a blend of gliding and stationary cupping techniques, which can be added to your session. This method helps loosen tight tissues, enhance relaxation, and support overall healing.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a form of bodywork that targets tight fascia on a cellular level, enhancing overall health by promoting energy flow. In Asian medicine, it’s believed that Gua Sha breaks down tissues, revealing “shaw”—the less “shaw,” the better the energy flow and health.
Gua Sha is highly effective in relieving pain and restoring mobility and functionality, especially in areas with chronic tightness. Although it can be one of the more painful modalities, the results are worth it for long-lasting relief and improved mobility. While it can cause bruising, this aids in breaking down stuck tissues and restoring flow. This modality is not recommended for those averse to pain or with fluid retention, but it is ideal for those serious about regaining mobility.
Available as an add-on.

Hot Stones
Hot Stone Massage incorporates heated stones to relax and loosen the body. The heat brings blood to the area, liquefies fascia tissue, and releases tension, enhancing overall relaxation.
Using hot stones can make massage more comfortable and provide results similar to deep tissue or trigger point massage without the associated pain. The warmth from the stones helps to melt away muscle tension and improve circulation, offering a soothing and effective treatment.
Available as a $30 add-on.

Stretching
Stretching is essential for lengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall mobility. In our daily routines, repetitive physical activities can lead to chronic muscle shortening and pain. Over time, this can result in issues like pinched nerves and poor posture.
Incorporating stretching into your routine can help alleviate pain, improve posture, and prevent injuries. Stretching and massage complement each other perfectly, enhancing the benefits of both treatments.
Available as a $30 add-on. For a combined session, book a 80-minute appointment, and request 30 minutes of stretching and 50 minutes of massage.

The Mind-Body Alignment Experience
Experience the transformative power of relaxation massage combined with personalized coaching to align your mind and body.
Physical pain stems from deeper emotional stressors, like anxiety, overwhelm, or unresolved conflicts. Our approach doesn’t just treat surface-level pain; it helps uncover and relieve the emotional stress contributing to it, allowing for a truly restorative experience.
By relaxing the body first you will allow your body to feel aligned, get into life-giving flow, and detox negative emotions (which are physiological chemicals). Then it is easy for you to learn practical tools and strategies to manage stress, improve resilience, communicate openly, and navigate difficult situations with confidence.
Unlike a traditional massage that provides only temporary relief, Mind-Body Alignment promotes lasting transformation. You’ll leave each session with a sense of calm, clarity, and empowerment that carries through long after the appointment.

Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment
Unlike traditional massage or chiropractic care, Myoskeletal Alignment focuses on correcting postural imbalances and addressing the root causes of musculoskeletal pain using a combination of soft tissue techniques and joint mobilizations.
Myoskeletal Alignment is a therapeutic technique that combines posture correction, muscle release, and joint mobilization to relieve pain, improve movement, and restore balance to the body.
It’s a great way to treat muscle imbalances and skeletal strain patterns to help you live pain-free again.

Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology focuses on finding the root of the problem by muscle testing and then correcting the energy blockage. The blockage is caused by a variety of aspects in your life, and therefore will need various techniques to retrain the body.
Many times we forget to consider that our muscles have memory. Memory of stress, injury, and guarding. Our muscles hold on to those and often need to be retaught. Using techniques to help your body relearn holding patterns, your life-long issue will begin to melt away.
